Rockwood Park offers two supervised sandy beaches.  Lifeguards are on duty from the end of June until the first of September.

Lily Lake Beach is conveniently located beside the Hatheway Pavilion. The Pavilion has a seasonal canteen located at Inside Out Nature Centre, lakeside dining, washrooms, a day spa, and a water sports rental shop located on the bottom floor.

Fisher Lakes Beach is a short walk from various parking lots, and has some more private inlets and a few shelters. It is also next to the Kiwanis Play Park for all children, and a large picnic area for BBQs and gatherings.
